Clean Feet Investors (CFI) invests in cash-flowing assets in the sustainability and renewable energy sectors. We seek to provide significant returns from socially responsible investments in small to medium-sized renewable energy and energy-conserving projects. By employing effective investment structures for sophisticated investors, CFI is helping to fill the current void in “non-dilutive” capital for an industry segment that is both very attractive and critical for an effective overall energy policy. The CFI Team is comprised of leaders and innovators in the alternative energy sector who have decades of experience in entrepreneurial management, investment syndication, and renewable energy. Clean Feet Investors II, LP (CFI II) is a fund that was created in 2020 as a follow-on fund to build on the mission of Clean Feet Investors I, LLC (CFI I). We provide access to environmentally responsible impact investments in small to medium-sized operating projects utilizing a structured credit strategy. The technologies we invest in are: PROVEN: We only invest in companies that develop technologies that have been proven to combat climate change. PROFITABLE: Every company we invest in is subject to our intense due diligence process to ensure its products will produce regular cash flows. SUSTAINABLE: We only select companies that meet the criteria outlined in the UN17 Sustainability platform.
