Forefront Venture Partners has been investing in extraordinary companies led by truly innovative founders for more than a decade. We don’t just provide capital – we build partnerships designed to drive value for founders and investors. We are extremely selective in the companies we back. We only invest in companies that: ▪ Generate revenue and demonstrate consistent revenue growth that is not significantly concentrated, including a minimum $250K annual revenue run rate. ▪ Are led by great teams with deep domain expertise and the potential to credibly scale the business. ▪ Solve a real pain point through their products or services. ▪ Offer proprietary or sustainably differentiated products or services. ▪ Address large target markets and have enormous potential for growth. ▪ Are reasonably valued from a realistic assessment of the company’s existing progress and future prospects for success. ▪ Have identified efficient, scalable paid customer acquisition channels; a low ratio of customer acquisition cost to lifetime value; and a quick turnaround to recoup customer acquisition cost. ▪ Will have a minimum available cash runway of 12 months post-close. ▪ Are capital-efficient and led by founders who think strategically about timing and amount of fundraising to optimize for success. ▪ Will benefit from the Forefront community beyond capital, including introductions, strategic advice, referrals, and more.
