GHV Fund II invests in early-stage healthcare technology, medical devices, mobile, wireless, and cloud software companies in the $1 - $5 million range. GH Fund, LP I & II invests in early-stage, broad-based technologies and medical device companies utilizing its earned value milestone-based investment approach. As a lead or co-lead investor, GH Fund, LP II aims to build strong financial and management discipline to achieve sound business fundamentals through its earned value milestone investments approach, which quantifies increased valuations for both the Company and its shareholders. EARNED VALUE MILESTONE INVESTMENT APPROACH: GH Fund, LP employs an investment thesis around the Earned Value Milestone investment approach, which focuses on key business drivers and overall fiscal discipline to prepare our portfolio companies for increased valuation by focusing on execution, resulting in consistent growth while managing cash reserves for new business opportunities. GH Fund, LP II seeks to invest $1.0 - $5.0 million in start-ups, early-stage, Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds with potential lead or co-lead investments from GH Wealth Management Holding with at least $5 - $25 million investment.
