Pre-investment We maintain and build a broad network of relationships with PropTech entrepreneurs in our focus areas. This provides us with great (proprietary) deal flow, and the ability to quickly identify companies offering solutions to the real estate sector that are both unique and compelling. Post-investment GSPV is an active investor that typically takes significant minority positions in our portfolio companies. We contribute to the growth of their businesses and valuation both in the boardroom and at the job site. We provide access to our real estate sector relationships to generate business development opportunities and input to your strategic plan. In some cases, we even take on a sales quota through our sister company GBIS.
