Peloton Capital Management is a private equity firm that utilizes a long-term investment philosophy and sector-focused strategy to partner with founders and management teams to help build exceptional businesses and create attractive returns for our investors. We focus on North American-based businesses in the Healthcare Services, Financial Services, and Consumer Products & Services sectors. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Peloton was founded and is led by a team with extensive private equity experience. Our firm’s capital is longer dated than traditional private equity. This provides greater flexibility in exit timeline and enables us to focus on supporting management teams to make the right business decisions to profitably grow and build enterprise value. Our goal is to produce superior long-term returns with low volatility. Our team has many decades of combined operations and investing experience, and we bring together best practices from a number of the world’s most highly respected and successful investment firms. We have extensive experience investing and supporting value creation in the financial, healthcare, consumer, and business services industries, and we are supported by a broad network of experienced executives with deep industry and functional experience. Consistent with our track record, we work closely with founders and management teams to help them drive the long-term growth of their business. This can take many forms but often involves driving sector consolidation through buy-and-build strategies, pursuing compelling opportunities to deploy growth capital, and/or supporting the achievement of organic growth objectives. Within our target sectors, we look to partner with middle-market, North American companies with EBITDA ranging from $5M to $40M. We seek companies with accomplished management teams (particularly founder-led), strong competitive positions and compelling opportunities for prolonged EBITDA growth over the long-term.
