19th Hole Golf Lounge

The 19th Hole’s unique golf simulators will provide an indoor golf experience not yet available in Tucson.  Our simulators will provide an experience that is as close to being on a golf course without being in the extreme heat of southern Arizona.  The golf lounge will cater to the many golfers in Tucson which include business people, amateurs, retirees, and the avid golfer.  Additionally, we will have a finely curated bar available that would not be available on the traditional golf course and is rare but sought out in Tucson.  Research suggests that the 19th Hole Golf Lounge is primed to fill a market for the passionate golfer that also seeks to include a quality social experience. With a solid marketing plan and proven operational procedures management will be able to adapt to changing conditions and obstacles associated with a new business and our unique concept.
