All-Inclusive Property Maintenance Services

My company is named All-Inclusive Property Maintenance Services located in Port Colborne , Ontario , Canada. I am the owner / operator and have been doing renovations and painting projects for between 10-15 years . I have been faced with many challenges in that time that could have sent me to hospital with broken bones or worse. Most of the projects that were challenging were in commercial buildings to do with heights but awkward situations where scaffolding  could not have been used and  some other alternative would have been good if it had  been available  but wasn't. I had to do other " Tricks " to make things work but weren't  a permanent tool that I thought of after the fact. "Ah-ha " moments if you will or the "Light Bulb " went on and I I put down an invention having my knowledge of what should have been available but doesn't exist yet in the big renovation stores. I presently have around 13 sets of inventions on paper and need a person who understands the industry and would be willing to take a very good calculated risk with me to get all or most out in the marketplace. I have had a lawyer send me a link to the patent office down in the states and I searched at least 6 of the 13 so far and found that none appear in the world so far but with inventions time is of the essence so this needs to get off the ground with someone who has the financial capability of helping me to get either all or some ( even 2 or 3 at a time ) to a patent lawyer as soon as possible if these are all capable of being eventually " Utility Patents ".
