AON Residential, Inc

AON Residential, Inc is a Network Engineering firm.  We design and deploy Fiber-to-the-Home in Condo and Homeowner Associations via long-term (typically exclusive, 10-year term) Bulk Service Agreements (BSAs) to provide Internet Access, IPTV, and VoIP phone services to 100% of the homes in the Association. 

This is not a start-up.  This is a "Do it again" opportunity.  I sold my previous company that I founded in 2011 to a PE firm in July 2025, and have kept the seasoned, key people from that firm to start AON Residential.  

We know the market and have several BSAs ready to start.  We've been there, done that, and know exactly how to make this happen bigger and faster than before!
