Currently have my established (5 years) Airbnb property for sale in order to purchase a multi-use property which has a 2 bedroom/1 bath home on it and 4 existing RV spots. The property is just 5 miles from the beach, within very close driving proximity to some of the best fresh and saltwater fishing and hunting, and, located at the Oyster Capital of Florida.
The Airbnb can be established immediately while the remainder of the property can be prepped for the RV'ers. Plans include adding tropical landscaping, a Tiki Hut and Pool/Hot Tub and providing electric bicycle rentals. I have worked in the travel/tourism and meeting & event planning industry for over 12 years and currently run an Airbnb in Murphy, NC for the last 5 years and we are currently listed as a guest favorite with Airbnb.
