Calculated Investments, LLC is a regional broadband platform executing a buy-and-build strategy across Central Florida with an active expansion pipeline into Georgia. We acquire and integrate small, underserved ISPs and build fiber backbone infrastructure to interconnect markets into a single contiguous network.
Our operating model targets rural and suburban communities underserved by incumbent carriers. We deliver fixed wireless and fiber-based internet service and manage billing, customer support, and network operations under a unified platform — eliminating the inefficiencies that constrain standalone operators at small scale. Where we build, we build on private land, controlling our infrastructure from the ground up.
Current footprint: approximately 1,000 active subscribers across operating entities. Three pending acquisitions in Central Florida will bring the total subscriber base to approximately 7,000. A separate pipeline of fiber ISP targets in Georgia represents an additional 6,000 subscribers and a long-haul backbone corridor that would connect both states into a unified regional platform.
