BIOSYSTEMICS by CcubeS Systems
A New Category in Agricultural Production
Problem
Modern agriculture, using conventional inputs, creates multiple measurable consequences. An average American farm has roughly $2,700 per acre of stranded NPK. These inputs degrade soil physical chemistry, structure, redox balance, and ion mobility. Adding more nutrients or more microbes into this broken environment does not solve the underlying issue, just the symptoms. Most agricultural inputs do not treat the underlying soil system that continues to degrade.
At the same time, increased nutrient runoff and volatilization contribute to environmental issues, and crop nutritional density has declined compared to levels from 50 years ago.
The Path
Rebuild the soil system by restoring its physical chemistry. A fully functioning soil system can convert newly applied inputs more completely and unlock nutrients already present in the soil. This reduces the need for new purchases, lowers input costs, and decreases nutrient runoff. As the cycle is restored, crops regain access to nutrients at more optimal levels.
The Solution
Biosystemics is a new category, neither biologicals nor synthetic chemistry, but bio-produced and bio-directed. While most solutions focus on adding biology or specific inputs, our research into fermentation-derived molecules supports a mechanistic framework centered on restoring the soil system's physical chemistry. By correcting the foundational operating conditions of the soil — structure, redox balance, ion mobility, and charge dynamics — we create an environment in which nutrients and biological inputs function more effectively and consistently, a further financial benefit for farmers.
Our lead product, Compound Foundation, is applied during fallow to unlock stranded nutrients before the growing season begins. This creates both agronomic improvement and meaningful input-cost savings in year one while remediating the soil for the long term.
The founding team combines deep experience in fermentation, large-scale commercial operations, and agricultural input commercialization. We follow a pharma-style approach.
