I am the founder of Cedars Infrastructure Development Group (CIDG), an acquisition platform focused on purchasing and growing established construction, civil infrastructure, and industrial services companies across North America. Rather than building a business from scratch, my strategy is to acquire profitable companies with proven operating histories, preserve what has made them successful, and accelerate growth through operational excellence, strategic investments, and disciplined expansion.

I bring more than 15 years of executive leadership experience managing large-scale operations, engineering, and infrastructure projects with organizations including NextEra Energy, Amazon, PG&E, and the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. My background includes leading multi-million-dollar budgets, managing large teams, improving operational performance, and executing complex capital projects.

My vision extends beyond a single acquisition. CIDG is being built as a long-term holding company that acquires and strengthens essential infrastructure businesses while creating lasting value for employees, customers, investors, and the communities these companies serve.
