With no open rental housing, we are securing a much desired market for the area. In our area, there is a lack of housing and with multiple large factories bringing in immigrant workers and retirees wanting rentals we capture all audiences.

I have been in construction for 32 years and have built multiple buildings from housing to 7 story hotels and large factory expansions. My family and I moved to Gladstone MB in 2012 and I have seen a high demand for extra rental housing grow over the last 4 years since our existing apartments burnt down with the hotel on Dec 25, 2022. This project is to help our community expand and to provide much needed housing in the area.
