We are Family Haven LLC a small family run company from the United States aiming to make its mark on the hospitality industry in Scotland. As a combined unit we have over 30 years in business ownership, management, accounting, hospitality, taxes, and finances. We aren't afraid of hard work and challenges. We pride ourselves on being all about family vibes and inviting our patrons to be part of the family. We want our guests and staff to enjoy being with us and feel as if they are at home throughout their stay. Our owners will go above and beyond to foster a welcoming environment where all are welcome and seen. Carfraemill Hotel will be run by a family committed to bringing a familial vibe back to hotel stays and events.  We plan to utilize local goods and materials in order to provide a strong sense of community and keep the local economy thriving. We aim to provide as much farm to table food as possible. As Americans coming into the UK we believe we can add a new perspective to international tours and travel for the hotel to help increase profit by 300% within 5 years. Bikes will be available for rent to ensure guests have every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and the gem hidden within historic Scotland.
