For nearly two years,
I have built a non-medical home care company
from thin air.

It’s called...
Hands of Hope Home Care.

I have an office.
A cool computer.
And full liability insurance.

I built an entire suite
of CHAP-aligned policies
for extra reassurance.

I put all my client and caregiver paperwork
on DocuSign.

I wanted everything organized,
professional, and convenient—
so, I put it all online. :)

The payroll, scheduling, documentation,
onboarding, accounting, and compliance systems
are completely operational.

The back end is built.

And I really believe this company
could be sensational.

WHY DID I DO THIS?

I spent more than 25 years
working in business operations, payroll, HR & accounting,

One day, I dreamed of escaping
and meaningfully building something.

Then my mom died.

And my dad got sick.

So, I decided to become a CNA—
really quick.

I spent a couple years working
in nursing homes.

It really opened my eyes.

Nursing-home culture
can be quite a surprise!

Some residents begged me
to care for them at home.

Some residents screamed a lot.
Some residents roamed.

Then my dad became sicker,
and the need was impossible not to see.

So, I created Hands of Hope
and now I am trying to take it from seed.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?

The back end is where I shine:

Payroll, HR, accounting, compliance,
technology, and operations
are all within my line.

But every growing company
also needs a strong front end:

Someone focused on business development,
client intake, follow-up,
and relationships that extend.

I can advertise all day
on Google and Yelp.

But turning those inquiries into clients
is where I need help.


Because I don’t just want to own a home care company.

I want to run it
to the letter.

So, I’m looking for an angel,
willing to invest and advise—

Someone who sees the need,
