We are a Wyoming C-Corporation developing patented biometric payment and authentication technology (BATCL – Biometrics at the Command Line). Our system enables secure, passwordless transactions using rapid dual-fingerprint authentication, providing the protections of MFA, CAPTCHA, and passwords in under one second, with built-in liveness detection.

BATCL improves upon existing biometric cards (currently deployed by Mastercard in high-fraud regions) by delivering 0.000000 error rate. VISA previously expressed acquisition interest and indicated collaboration contingent on FIDO certification. CrowdStrike has partnered with us and buying our CoreWeave model BCDs and be a sales channel.

Banks and credit unions benefit through elimination of card fraud and reduced dispute costs; merchants benefit from lower chargebacks. VISA estimates potential distribution exceeding 200 million cards if pricing remains as quoted. We also have an alliance with the National Retail Federation to distribute our technology. Mastercard is using our technology v1.

We are forming a consortium of credit unions with our technology as a Service Provider under the GENIUS ACT.
