Need Homes AU Incorporated

Seed funding for our registered Charity, Need Homes AU Incorporated, ATO,  DGR status Australian Tax office.    We are volunteers, fundraise to set up multi sites of 10 - 30 transportable new homes on rented commercial land.    example,  a multi site of 10 houses,  housing about 20 homeless costs us $1m to set up.   Australians  who reach rock bottom, after experiencing  Divorce, Bankruptcy,  Domestic violence, loss of job through injury,  death of the family bread winner, or bad tenant history from late rent payment or property damage,  and cant afford obtain normal private rental,  they have some where to live to rebuild, get back on their feet and explore ways to get government & charitable help, get a job and get back into normal housing.  

We help the community,  reduce homeless people sleeping around commercial buildings.   WE are the housing safety net. to reduce the rental crisis.
