PART TIMERS BBQ
Part Timers BBQ isn’t trying to figure out what product comes next.
We’ve already built them.
From the competition barbecue circuit to late-night backyard cooks, we’ve spent years developing flavors, recipes, and a family-friendly brand that grabs attention, turns heads, and gets people talking. We’re building something people are proud to share with their friends and family at every cookout, tailgate, gathering, and special occasion.
In an industry that has become full of copycats and the same old flavors, we’ve created products that people genuinely get excited about.
Right now, we have two commercially produced products on the market, but behind them sits an entire pipeline waiting to be launched.
We currently have seven honey mustard flavors, a dozen barbecue sauces, multiple pepper jellies, seasonings, and several additional products already developed, tested, and ready for production.
The issue isn’t innovation.
In our first four months, we produced and placed more than 2,000 units into 15 retail locations. We’ve built a recognizable brand, developed a loyal customer base, and created products that grab attention before customers even taste what’s inside the bottle.
People buy the bottle because of the label.
They buy the second bottle because of what’s inside.
Our flagship product is Rutty Bird Sauce Honey Mustard:
“So Good, The Chickens Will Strip For It.”
This sauce placed 15th out of 44 at American Royal World Series bbq sauce competition in 2026
It’s bold. It’s memorable. And it represents exactly what makes Part Timers BBQ different.
We’re not building another sauce company.
We’re building a brand people remember.
When sauce sales began slowing and we realized how much capital it takes to bring new products to market, we had a choice. We could slow down, or we could find another way to keep moving forward.
We chose to go to work.
That’s why we added the food trailer.
The trailer wasn’t created to replace the sauce business.
It was created to support it.
Part Timers BBQ is still built by people who work full-time jobs during the week and spend nights, weekends, and every spare hour they can find building this business. The food trailer allows us to generate additional revenue, fund future product launches, and introduce new customers to the brand while continuing to grow the sauce side of the business.
It’s not just a food trailer.
It’s a marketing machine and a funding source for growth.
Every pulled pork sandwich, brisket taco, and barbecue plate puts our products directly in front of new customers. Every event creates brand awareness. Every customer becomes a potential retail customer.
One of our biggest opportunities is our secured location at the Roseburg Lowe’s. This gives us direct access to thousands of customers while providing a platform to showcase our products, build demand, and grow brand recognition.
We’re also pursuing opportunities with companies like Pit Boss and other retail partners whose customer base aligns with our brand. These relationships have the potential to create regional and eventually national distribution opportunities.
Our goal isn’t to build a food trailer business.
Our goal is to build a nationally recognized brand.
The trailer funds growth.
The food creates customers.
The customers create demand.
The demand creates distribution.
The products are ready.
The brand is established.
The opportunity is here.
