Capital Finance LLC, purchase of debt portfolio's

Capital Finance ("CF") has developed a very successful methodology to produce cash flow from defaulted debts in the State of Michigan. We are seeking participation investors to assist in the purchase of those smaller distressed debt portfolios that have been overlooked by the large publicly traded debt purchasers (PRA Group 'PRRA" and Encore "ECGP"). Our staff has over 17 years experience in purchasing small debt portfolios that have attributes which favor a legal collection model. This is a business of purchasing for "pennies on the dollar" and then using our unique legal model to leverage the recovery margin to as close to full balance in default as possible. Current improving technology greatly enhances the legal recovery model.
