Furthermore, they have the option to select services from our carefully curated roster of approved vendors, accessible via the efficient Hurricane RX portal. 

As a named storm approaches, our app will guide subscribers with on-demand solutions for evacuation or property securing, tailored to each subscriber’s unique needs. Our sophisticated mobile app offers a range of pre-storm services, including property securing, essential deliveries of food, water, and generators, as well as relocation options through partners like Airbnb and Uber.  

Post-storm, our designated public adjusters promptly assess property damage and craft thorough insurance claims. Simultaneously, pre-assigned contractors engage in real-time communication with the adjusters to ensure an efficient restoration process. This coordinated approach aims for a professional and expedited response, restoring properties to their pre-storm condition.  

For those opting to stay during a hurricane, our app facilitates on-demand delivery of essentials, providing prompt access to water, food, flashlights, generators, and more, ensuring safety and convenience.

The subscription fee for Hurricane RX is set at $1,000, renewable after each hurricane event or named storm. Our market analysis targets residences valued at over $300,000, aligning with the discerning requirements of this elevated market segment. Subscribers benefit from discounted contractors through our mobile app, accessing a pool of meticulously vetted professionals. Our vendors undergo rigorous screening, emphasizing factors such as years in business, insurance, bonding, and positive customer reviews, ensuring high-quality service in hurricane-endangered areas.

Using the latest Xactimate file, which includes crucial details like house dimensions, previous work, warranties, and other pertinent information, we ensure a swift and informed process for various construction services.  

For instance, if a subscriber wishes to have their house interior painted, we can provide an immediate price estimate based on the loaded information, offering the same efficiency for all other construction services available through our system. This streamlined approach enhances convenience for subscribers, making project management and service selection a seamless experience within the Hurricane RX ecosystem. 

 

Marketing and Expansion 

Subscribers receive targeted marketing emails featuring exclusive promotions and discounts from reputable hardware retailers such as Lowe’s, ACE, Home Depot, and Sherwin Williams. This initiative aims to extend benefits across the entire East Coast, enhancing our value proposition.  

Hurricane RX envisions building lasting relationships through our portal, fostering a resilient community. Acquiring 1,000 subscribers translates to $1 million, strategically invested in marketing initiatives, software improvements, and vendor acquisition services. Our goal is to secure 10,000 subscribers within the Cape Fear market, generating a substantial subscription fund of $10 million within 60 months. The cost of subscription acquisition is $275, covering payroll and general operating costs.

Our existing personnel in the Florida region are strategically positioned to spearhead the growth of our vendor base and manage targeted marketing initiatives effectively.
