Purchasing a turnkey gentleman’s club with two rental properties. I would like to keep it as a gentleman’s club and add in a small casino.
Looking into buying a gentleman’s club. It is a turn key business that currently generates 1.5 million per year. The owner is getting too old to run it and wants to get out of the business. I am asking for potential investors to work with me on this project. For the full million, I would be open to negotiate a contract with 40% of the company owned by that investor. Expenses would come out of my 60%. I currently own a small masonry business that is doing extremely well. I’m looking for a new challenge.
