TRUBLU Billiards

I currently own the UPA league rights for Horry County SC.  In my area there are no places that have more than 10 tables.  The only 2 that do have issues that have been brought to my attention from my players and I have witnessed on my own.
I want to open a billiard club with 20+ diamond pool tables to run my UPA leagues and tournaments out of.  I have talked to the owner of The Dirty Armadillo where I currently hold my leagues and he is willing to partner up on this venture.

We plan to build 2 buildings that have a kitchen connected across the back.  1 kitchen to service both businesses.
His side will host bands, line dancing, and other activities that he already has an established customer base for.
My side (TrueBlue Billiards) will have the pool tables with cameras on every table to stream and record matches for social media purposes.  This will add another income stream to the business. I also plan to put ICA training systems on a few tables for customers to rent so that  can practice and improve their game.  I will be able to rent out the establishment for future UPA/APA and other organizations to run large tournaments out of.
UPA management has assured me that when they get their national bar box tour up and running that my establishment will be a stop on the schedule.
I have several other ideas for the setup of the billiard club but I will explain those who are interested in investing in this endeavor.l
